This home pairs strong linear form with a moody, minimalist palette for a look that feels both modern and timeless. The kitchen is centred around a sculptural island with a fluted front detail, finished in matte black to create depth and contrast. The benchtop and splashback are crafted from Statuario marble, chosen for its bold, organic veining and soft white base. Its movement adds a natural rhythm to the space and ties together the monochromatic cabinetry palette. Overhead, a simple linear pendant mirrors the island’s proportions and completes the composition. The same marble continues into the wardrobe upstairs, used again on the benchtop to carry the palette consistently through the home. Crisp white cabinetry is paired with Archant Fade brushed brass handles in a long, linear profile, repeating the same design language found in the kitchen. Soft textures and clean lines allow the materials to take centre stage, resulting in a space that feels cohesive, understated, and carefully resolved.
