Amid the bustling realm of travel and commerce, the DFS (Duty Free Shops) at O'Connells Mall sought to redefine their aesthetic appeal and create a memorable shopping experience. This endeavour saw the emergence of an innovative solution – Wovenpanel® in two different styles. Linford (Ceilings) & Loxford (Balustrades) in plain steel both come together to breathe new life into the DFS retail space. They were also powder coated black to leave a lasting impression on visitors.

Wovenpanel® is renowned for being a gorgeous architectural wire mesh solution. As such, it played a pivotal role in reshaping the atmosphere of DFS O'Connells Mall.

The wire mesh, characterised by a traditional square pattern and open fill, brought an element of modernity and elegance to the DFS environment. Its subtle yet captivating appearance exuded a sense of minimalistic charm, seamlessly complementing the diverse range of duty-free products on display. These choices of Wovenpanel® showcased DFS's dedication to creating a shopping space that resonates with a contemporary and refined aesthetic.

The Loxford wire mesh Wovenpanel® was ingeniously integrated into stair railings, infusing functionality with artistry. This addition not only provided safety and convenience but also introduced a visual element that defied convention. Moreover, the Linford wire mesh took center stage as ceiling décor, reimagining the atmosphere of the store's interiors.

Another highlight of the DFS O'Connells project was the integration of Wovenpanel® in the signage, where it served as a stylish addition to DFS's brand identity.
